Foot exercises for plantar fasciitis pain relief

It may help if you have had heel pain for at least three months that is worst when you take your first steps in the morning.

Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 60 years old.
  • You have had a doctor tell you that you have plantar fasciitis for at least three months.
  • Your heel pain is sharp and becomes worse when you take your first steps out of bed in the morning.
  • You have not had any foot or ankle surgery in the past.
  • You do not have nerve problems like peripheral neuropathy or tarsal tunnel syndrome.
  • You have not had a steroid shot in your heel in the last three months.
