Who can take part

  • You have cancer confirmed by pathology, and it’s stage I to IV (cervical, rectal, head and neck, certain lymphomas, or nodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma)
  • You can have a biopsy taken from the tumor area that will be within the radiation field before treatment starts
  • The biopsy must meet study lab rules (properly fixed in a lab for a set time and enough tumor tissue for testing)
  • You’re at least 18 years old, and your overall health score is usually ECOG 0–2 (or ECOG 3 only in a specific situation)
  • Your cancer team believes radiotherapy is appropriate for you
  • You can sign written consent before joining
