Who can take part

  • You’re at least 50 years old (if you’re female, you must be post-menopausal)
  • You have risk factors for blood vessel problems, such as heart or blood vessel conditions (for example, coronary artery disease)
  • Your MoCA thinking test score is under 27 but not too low (not below 18)
  • You can read and speak English well enough to do testing and follow instructions
  • You can safely exercise at a moderate intensity and have mild problems in memory/thinking areas (executive function, verbal memory, working memory, or visuospatial memory)
