This trial tests whether a supervised exercise program, paired with brain stimulation, can improve thinking and memory in people with early “vascular” cognitive problems (not dementia). It may help your brain function before memory loss becomes more severe.

Who can take part
- You’re at least 50 years old (if you’re female, you must be post-menopausal)
- You have risk factors for blood vessel problems, such as heart or blood vessel conditions (for example, coronary artery disease)
- Your MoCA thinking test score is under 27 but not too low (not below 18)
- You can read and speak English well enough to do testing and follow instructions
- You can safely exercise at a moderate intensity and have mild problems in memory/thinking areas (executive function, verbal memory, working memory, or visuospatial memory)
