Who can take part

  • You are 55 years old or older and live in the community (not in a nursing home).
  • You have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) – mild memory issues that don't stop you from doing daily tasks.
  • You are right-handed.
  • You do not have depression, anxiety, dementia, or other psychiatric conditions.
  • You have not had alcohol or drug abuse problems, and you are not taking medications that affect your thinking or memory.
  • You do not have bleeding disorders like hemophilia, or take blood thinners.
