Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older
- You have a femur or humerus fracture where surgeons need one or more cerclage(s) (wire/wrapping support)
- Your fracture situation fits one of these: new fracture treated with a plate/screws or an intramedullary nail, a trauma needing rehab, a fracture near an existing joint/prosthesis, or a prosthesis needs to be re-started
- You can communicate in French and provide written consent
- You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding
- You don’t have an infection or a known allergy to materials in the study devices
