Who can take part
- You have a sustained olecranon fracture classified as Mayo 2a or 2b
- You plan to receive care at Skåne University Hospital in Lund or Malmö, Sweden
- Your fracture was operated on within 14 days of the injury
- You can take part in follow-up visits and complete questionnaires (you can understand them and communicate)
- You are able to sign informed consent in writing
- Your fracture is not a severe open type (Gustilo-Anderson class III) and not caused by spreading cancer
