Who can take part

  • You are age 50 or older.
  • You have active wet age-related macular degeneration in the study eye (confirmed with eye imaging tests).
  • Your vision in the study eye must be at least 20/200 (a score of 0.1 or better).
  • You do NOT have major scarring or age-related “atrophy” that involves the center of the vision (the fovea).
  • You can attend all study visits and follow study eye procedures; you will sign consent.
  • You have not had certain recent eye surgeries (like eye surgery within the last 3 months, or specific cataract/glaucoma/transplant surgeries within the last 6–12 months).
