Who can take part
- Your age at enrollment must be 12 months to 21 years (for this trial’s step).
- You must have newly diagnosed DIPG or high-grade glioma (HGG), not a tumor that has spread.
- Your tumor must match an eligible tumor type/genetic test (H3 K27M status, and no BRAF V600/IDH1 for some groups).
- You must not have had prior treatment for the brain tumor other than surgery and steroids.
- Your blood counts and organ function must meet study lab thresholds (for example, enough neutrophils, platelets, and kidney/liver levels).
- You must be able to receive the study’s scheduled radiation, and start treatment within 31 days of diagnosis/surgery.
