The goal is to see if this combination can help shrink or slow the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with either leiomyosarcoma or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor, confirmed by a special review of your tumor tissue.
  • Your cancer has spread or is advanced and has grown in the last 6 months.
  • You have had at least one prior systemic treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for your sarcoma.
  • You have not had more than two prior systemic treatments for advanced disease.
  • You have not received prior treatment with selinexor or gemcitabine.
