Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with either leiomyosarcoma or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor, confirmed by a special review of your tumor tissue.
- Your cancer has spread or is advanced and has grown in the last 6 months.
- You have had at least one prior systemic treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for your sarcoma.
- You have not had more than two prior systemic treatments for advanced disease.
- You have not received prior treatment with selinexor or gemcitabine.
