Who can take part
- Be age 2 to 21 at enrollment
- Have a low-grade glioma that is not NF1-related and has no BRAF V600E mutation
- Have not had any tumor treatment besides surgery (no chemo or radiation yet)
- Have measurable tumor on MRI (at least 1 cm² on 2D measurement) and not have an ependymoma
- Have acceptable blood counts, liver/kidney tests, heart/ECG results, and basic eye exam results
- Be able to swallow capsule medication and meet study consent and screening steps at APEC14B1 screening
