Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your tumor test shows a POLE gene change in the exonuclease part (exons 9–14) that the study group considers “pathogenic.”
  • Or your tumor test shows a POLD1 (PolD1) exonuclease part change (exons 8–12) that the study group considers “pathogenic” (for example, C319Y).
  • Your diagnosis is within the study’s timeframe (at or after the cohort launch, or within the prior year).
  • You are willing to have your tumor and health data included in the study cohort.
