Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 75 years old and have an advanced solid tumor confirmed by biopsy or cell testing
  • Your tumor is POLE or POLD mutated (not just a “synonymous” change) and it is not MSI-H or dMMR
  • Your cancer has measurable disease on scans, and your health status is good enough (ECOG 0–1)
  • You must be willing to do tumor biopsies and blood tests before treatment and at check-in visits
  • You must NOT have had treatment with PD-1/PD-L1/CTLA-4 or other immune checkpoint drugs in the past 4 weeks
  • You are able to meet key blood/liver/organ lab levels (and for people who can become pregnant, you agree to pregnancy prevention)
