Who can take part

  • You are a gymnast age 8 to 18
  • You have a musculoskeletal injury (a problem with muscles, bones, joints, or tendons)
  • You are seen at Children’s Hospital Colorado sports medicine or orthopedics for this injury
  • You participate in Excel or Developmental gymnastics programs
  • You are not in only the Colorado Association for Recreational Athletics (CARA) program
  • You are not retired or an adult/college gymnast
