- You are a gymnast age 8 to 18
- You have a musculoskeletal injury (a problem with muscles, bones, joints, or tendons)
- You are seen at Children’s Hospital Colorado sports medicine or orthopedics for this injury
- You participate in Excel or Developmental gymnastics programs
- You are not in only the Colorado Association for Recreational Athletics (CARA) program
- You are not retired or an adult/college gymnast
