Who can take part
- You are an active-duty service member (not a civilian).
- You are between 18 and 44 years old.
- You are cleared for full physical activity if you are in the uninjured or pilot group.
- If you are in the injured group, you are being treated conservatively only for a low-back or lower-leg musculoskeletal injury.
- You are not on limited duty right now (unless you are in the injured group rules that do not mention limited duty).
- You can read and understand English, and you are not pregnant at the time of enrollment.
