Who can take part

  • You are an active-duty service member (not a civilian).
  • You are between 18 and 44 years old.
  • You are cleared for full physical activity if you are in the uninjured or pilot group.
  • If you are in the injured group, you are being treated conservatively only for a low-back or lower-leg musculoskeletal injury.
  • You are not on limited duty right now (unless you are in the injured group rules that do not mention limited duty).
  • You can read and understand English, and you are not pregnant at the time of enrollment.
