- You’ve used up to 5 prior treatment rounds for this cancer, and you may have used MEK inhibitors or letrozole.
- Your scans show measurable cancer spots (a “target lesion”) and you can provide stored tumor tissue from diagnosis or recurrence.
- You must be able to take pills by mouth, have good enough blood counts, kidney, and liver test results, and be expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your overall condition is fair/strong enough: ECOG performance status 0–2 (can do daily activities with limited help).
- You generally must not have certain serious heart, bleeding, clotting, lung, infection, or uncontrolled medical problems.
