Who can take part

  • You’re age 45 or older
  • You have a probable diagnosis of dementia with Lewy bodies (or an early/prodromal stage)
  • Your recent thinking test (MMSE) is not too low: at least 18 in the last 6 months, and at least 15 today
  • You have meaningful cognitive fluctuations (clear periods when thinking changes noticeably)
  • A caregiver can stay with you at least 4 hours, 3 days per week, and help with study visits and questions
  • You can consent (or your legal guardian can), and you understand the study’s risks
