Who can take part

  • You have type 1 diabetes (T1DM)
  • You use an insulin pump
  • You have not been hospitalized for serious diabetes emergencies in the last 3 months
  • You do not have major heart problems or uncontrolled blood pressure, and your baseline heart test is not abnormal
  • You can safely do an exercise program (no major eye, kidney, or mobility problems)
