  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (lung scarring with no known cause)
  • You can read and understand Turkish
  • You have not had a flare-up of your lung condition in the last 6 weeks
  • You do not have other health problems that make walking difficult
  • You do not have significant thinking or memory problems that affect understanding
