Dialectical behavior therapy for youth at bipolar risk

Who can take part

  • You can speak and understand English well enough to take part
  • You are between 13 and 23 years old
  • You either have bipolar disorder or have a close blood relative (parent or sibling) with bipolar I or II
  • You have had recent suicide-related thoughts/behaviors or self-injury, or your clinician finds high impulsive risk
  • You are followed by a psychiatrist who can provide ongoing care
  • You can agree to participate (youth assent and/or legal consent)
