  • You are registered in the Shanghai mental health information system
  • Your diagnosis is schizophrenia, using ICD-10 or ICD-11 criteria
  • Your schizophrenia diagnosis was made within the last 5 years
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You do not have severe physical illness or brain conditions caused by disease
  • You are not planning to move out of Shanghai soon
