Sutetinib for lung cancer with a specific EGFR change

Who can take part

  • 18 years or older, any sex
  • Have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by lab testing
  • Your tumor must have an uncommon EGFR mutation (L861Q, G719X, or S768I)
  • No more than 1 prior chemotherapy treatment for your cancer
  • Haven’t taken an EGFR-targeted pill before, such as an EGFR TKI
  • You must be able to swallow the capsules and not have major swallowing or gut absorption problems
