Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or spread non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery or treated with radiation.
  • Your cancer has an EGFR mutation that is sensitive to EGFR-targeted drugs (like gefitinib or erlotinib).
  • You have tried an EGFR-targeted drug (but not a third-generation one like osimertinib) and your cancer got worse or you couldn't tolerate it.
  • You are in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your major organs (kidneys, liver, blood cells) are working well enough based on blood tests.
