Who can take part

  • You are at least 50 years old
  • You have knee pain most days of the week
  • Your knee x-ray shows osteoarthritis grade 2, 3, or 4 in at least one knee
  • You can safely take part in the exercise program (physically and with enough thinking/attention)
  • You have normal vision (or vision corrected with glasses/contacts) and can speak Cantonese and read Chinese
  • You can sign written consent and agree to join study visits
