  • You have had knee pain for at least 3 months.
  • Your knee pain is at least a 4 out of 10 in the past week.
  • You have morning stiffness in your knee that lasts 30 minutes or less.
  • You own a smartphone and can use apps.
  • You have internet access at home or on your phone.
