Who can take part
- You are an adult survivor of a first-time out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
- You have been discharged from the hospital and can be assessed after discharge
- You can understand and complete the study questionnaires in Danish
- Your cardiac arrest was not a very short event—recovery was not expected to be under about 4 minutes
- Before the arrest, you were working (labor force participation) for at least 2 years until you qualify for the state retirement pension
