  • You were discharged from the hospital after a cardiac arrest that happened outside the hospital
  • Your brain function at discharge was good (no major disabilities)
  • You speak Italian well enough to understand the program
  • You know how to use the internet to access online content
  • You have no history of memory or thinking problems
  • You have no past severe mental health condition
