Who can take part

  • Your primary care doctor (GP) suspects you may have possible dementia
  • You have a current workup based on your history, exam, and/or a memory or thinking screening
  • You can understand the study and provide consent with your GP’s agreement
  • No severe psychiatric illness and no other major conditions or medicines that could strongly explain the memory problems
  • You are willing to be referred to a memory outpatient clinic
