Who can take part
- Be age 10 to 20 years old
- Have an autism screening score (CARS): 30 or higher if you join the autism group, under 30 for the comparison group
- Have had an IQ test checked by a trained psychologist
- You and your legal guardian can give informed consent after learning about the study
- Be able to safely have an MRI scan (no MRI safety issues)
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and not be under court-ordered or restricted guardianship
