Who can take part
- Your child is 6 months to under 18 years old when you sign consent/assent.
- Your child has chronic kidney disease (CKD) and high protein in the urine (protein-to-creatinine ratio must meet set cutoffs).
- Kidney test results are stable from screening to day 0 (specific creatinine/eGFR “no big change” rules).
- Your child is already taking an ACE inhibitor or ARB at the best tolerated dose, and it has been unchanged for at least 30 days before screening.
- Potassium (blood “K+”) is not too high (must be within set limits at both screening and day 0).
