Who can take part
- You have type 2 diabetes with chronic kidney disease and protein in your urine (albuminuria)
- You started finerenone within the last 2 months as part of your regular medical care
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 25 or higher
- Your blood pressure is controlled (systolic below 160, diastolic below 100)
- You have not taken certain other kidney or heart medications in the past 4 weeks
