  • You were treated for a trauma injury at Methodist Dallas Medical Center at the start
  • Your doctors diagnosed a blood vessel (vascular) injury after the trauma (seen on scans like CT/CTA or ultrasound, or confirmed during an exam/operation)
  • You are not a prisoner
  • You were not transferred to this hospital from another medical facility
