  • You are an adult between 21 and 85 years old
  • You can read and speak French
  • You can do simple physical exercises during the study visits
  • You agree to attend all 9 visits and sign the consent form
  • Your resting heart rate is 120 beats per minute or lower
  • Your blood pressure readings are similar between both arms (not too different)
