Who can take part

  • You must be 21 to 85 years old.
  • You must live in Switzerland, Germany, or the UK.
  • You must own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and be either an Aktiia user or willing to use the app.
  • You must not have certain heart rhythm issues or health conditions that affect blood flow, like diabetes or kidney problems.
  • You cannot have any skin damage on your wrists or index fingers (for taking readings).
