Who can take part
- Have had surgery that fully removed stage IB to IIIA NSCLC
- Your lung cancer must test positive for ALK fusion (via FISH, IHC, or NGS)
- You must be 18–75 years old and able to do usual daily activities (ECOG 0–2)
- You must have recovered from prior surgery and any standard chemotherapy and have no signs of recurrence on recent checkups
- You must have blood, liver, kidney health test results that meet study thresholds
- You must be able to swallow and take oral medicine, and agree to birth-control rules if applicable
