Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You had surgery to remove all visible lung cancer (lobectomy, segmentectomy, or pneumonectomy) at stage IA or IB.
  • Your tumor shows one or more high-risk features like poor differentiation or certain cell patterns.
  • Your tumor has been tested for gene changes (EGFR, ALK/ROS1, or no known driver).
  • Your cancer is non-squamous, not spread to the brain, and was completely removed.
  • You feel well enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have good organ function.
