Who can take part

  • You are a man and your age fits: 50–65, or older than 65
  • Your prostate cancer is low- or intermediate-risk, and fewer than 50% of biopsy cores are positive in each prostate side (lobe)
  • Cancer has not spread outside the prostate (no extra-capsular extension)
  • Cancer has not reached the seminal vesicles and there is no regional or distant spread
  • You have a prostate multiparametric MRI either before biopsy or more than 10 weeks after biopsy
  • You previously had cryotherapy of the prostate, and your treatment plan must use MRI-ultrasound matching (co-registration)
