Who can take part
- You are a man age 45–80, and you’re expected to live at least 10 more years
- Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy as low or intermediate risk (specific Grade Groups 1–3)
- Your cancer stage is limited to the prostate area (no spread to nearby lymph nodes or distant sites)
- Your PSA blood test is 20 ng/mL or less (done within 3 months of the start of the study)
- You have not had treatment yet for this prostate cancer
- Your MRI shows the tumor is close enough to the urethra to safely target (with specific distance limits)
