Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer from tissue testing (biopsy or surgery)
  • Your cancer has evidence of spreading, seen on standard scans like CT, MRI, bone scan, or PET/CT
  • You are being considered for a new or changed treatment that may include a PARP inhibitor, hormone therapy (ADT), and/or chemotherapy
  • You can and will sign a consent form and follow study procedures
