Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor was confirmed by a biopsy using an ultrasound-guided needle
- Your tumor is Grade 1–2 (WHO 2019) and may be functioning or non-functioning
- Your tumor size and growth markers (like Ki-67) fit their specific ranges for treatment
- The tumor is at least 2 mm from the main pancreatic duct, or there can be a protective stent if it’s closer
- You are not pregnant, don’t have active pancreatitis or spreading (metastatic) cancer, and can stop certain blood-thinning medicines if needed
