Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old
- You have a pancreatic cyst (confirmed by endoscopy sampling) that is at least 2 cm and looks high-risk on imaging
- Your cyst is not cancer and is not a pseudocyst (benign fluid collection)
- Your doctor says you cannot safely have surgery, and you prefer non-surgical treatment
- You can safely receive anesthesia for an endoscopy, and you have at least a year of expected life
