Who can take part

  • You have a solitary plasmacytoma (one localized tumor).
  • You have not received treatment for this plasmacytoma before.
  • You must be able to receive radiation as planned.
  • Your general health and activity level must be OK (ECOG 2 or less).
  • You should not have major uncontrolled infections or another active cancer.
  • You must have blood counts, liver, and kidney function within required limits.
