Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older, weigh over 30 kg, and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your cancer must be a specific sarcoma type, such as osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, MPNST, or other listed subtypes.
- Your sarcoma must have progressed or be refractory to standard treatments (or there is no standard treatment).
- You must have measurable tumor on scan (for Phase 2, measured using RECIST 1.1) and have recovered from past cancer treatments.
- You must have enough blood counts, acceptable liver and kidney function, and adequate heart rhythm/heart pumping on tests.
- You must be able to use effective birth control (and not breastfeed), and your timing since chemotherapy/immunotherapy/radiation must meet the study’s waiting periods.
