Who can take part
- You are between 1 and 30 years old when diagnosed with NRSTS (a type of soft tissue sarcoma that is not rhabdomyosarcoma).
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapy for this cancer.
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and lungs are working well enough (based on tests like echocardiogram, blood tests, and oxygen level).
- You have no active bleeding or bleeding disorder, and your blood pressure is well controlled (no high blood pressure that is not controlled by medication).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control if you are of childbearing age.
- You are not taking certain medications that interact with the study drugs, and you have no stomach or bowel issues that affect absorption of oral medicines.
