Who can take part
- You have a confirmed CLL or SLL diagnosis that needs treatment now (not just watch-and-wait).
- You fall into the correct 17p genetic category: Part 1 allows either 17p wildtype or deleted; Part 2 requires 17p deletion.
- Your general health is good enough to be active most days (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- Your blood counts and organ functions meet minimum levels (for example, enough platelets, hemoglobin, neutrophils, and kidney function).
- You do NOT have certain related cancers or spread patterns, such as “Richter’s transformation” or suspected brain/CNS involvement.
- You haven’t had the wrong past treatments for your trial part (Part 2 must be treatment-naive; prior therapy is allowed only in limited ways, like certain prior BTK inhibitor exposure in Part 1).
