Who can take part

  • You must agree to the study and be able to come for scheduled visits and lab tests.
  • Your lung cancer must be stage IV NSCLC confirmed by tissue or (in some cases) cytology from a prepared sample.
  • You must have measurable tumors on CT or MRI scans.
  • Your immune therapy plan starts only after standard chemo-immunotherapy induction, and you should have had disease control after that.
  • Your recent health status should be strong enough: ECOG 0–1, weight loss under 10% in 3 months, and expected survival over 3 months.
  • You must have enough usable tumor tissue for testing, and it should not be from a previously radiated area.
