Who can take part
- Be an adult woman (18+) and sign consent before any trial procedures
- Have recurrent or worsening high-grade ovarian/fallopian tube/primary peritoneal cancer after first-line PARPi maintenance
- Have had only one prior platinum chemotherapy treatment, and it did not include bevacizumab
- Have already had PARPi treatment for at least 6 months (and if it was olaparib, it must have been tolerated without major ongoing side effects or permanent dose reduction)
- Have had secondary cytoreductive surgery, with no visible leftover tumor (or resection of the main progressive spot) and start trial treatment 3–8 weeks after surgery
- Have a documented BRCA1/2 test result (or agree to provide blood/tissue for BRCA testing before enrollment) and be able to swallow pills
