Who can take part

  • You have one of these adult lymphomas: DLBCL, primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma, transformed follicular lymphoma, high-grade B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or Burkitt lymphoma.
  • Your lymphoma must be “refractory” or have come back after specific past treatments (including certain chemotherapy plans).
  • At least one tumor area must be measurable by scan (minimum size based on where it is).
  • Your lymphoma cells must be CD19-positive (and a new biopsy may be needed if you had CD19-targeted therapy before).
  • You must be able to do daily activities at a level of 0–2 on the ECOG scale, and be older than 18 years.
  • Your organs must work well enough for treatment (kidney, liver, heart function, oxygen level, and blood counts must meet limits).
