Who can take part
- You have clinically definite multiple sclerosis and can stay on your current MS treatment without dose changes for at least 3 months
- You have pain that lasts at least 3 months and is moderate to severe (rated 4–10 out of 10)
- You can keep your pain medicines at the same doses during the study
- You had recent liver blood tests (AST, ALT, bilirubin) within the last 90 days that are acceptable
- You can’t have certain sleep disorders (like shift-work sleep disorder or narcolepsy confirmed by sleep tests)
- You must not use cannabinoid products (including CBD/THC) for 30 days before and during the study
