  • You have (now or before) an inherited blood disorder: beta-thalassemia, hemoglobin H disease, sickle cell anemia, or microdrepanocytosis
  • You have had cancer now or in the past (a malignant tumor)
  • You can share your medical records from before your cancer started
  • Your records include key clinical details and test results (clinical and instrumental data) from that time
  • You do not have another blood disease besides the hemoglobin disorders listed
