Who can take part
- You are 18 to 60 years old (the age limit of 60 applies only to early-stage safety parts).
- You have classic Hodgkin lymphoma that has either come back after first treatment or did not fully respond, confirmed by biopsy.
- You have had only one prior whole-system (systemic) treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma.
- You are able to receive a stem cell transplant (ASCT) and can do study visits as scheduled.
- Your general health is fairly good (ECOG performance status 0–2).
